Health and Safety Committee
Effective and functional safety committee can make significant changes to safety. Safety committee is a function of representatives from both sides; employer and employee. What have been raised, discussed, and agreed upon in the safety committee meetings shall be recorded, and communicated to the employee within 7 days of the meeting. What employer agree to take or not take action for rectifying safety issues must be reported to the Labour Department.
