Unilever Thailand has tasked WorkSafe to facilitate risk assessment and leadership workshop. This lesson plan is to provide executive a preview of what will be discussed among the participants and what are the desired outcomes.
Facilitating this workshop is to achieve two major goals which are;
1. To enable team members to be able to perform risk assessment and identify appropriate risk control measures which can effectively lower the identified risk to ALARP level.
2. To enable team to understand why some SOP which are a form of administrative risk reduction effort, sometimes not work. Understanding human failure associated with compliance to a written procedure; human error and or violation.
3. Apply leadership tools and technique to make the agreed plan fit to Unilever and get it to work sustainably
