RADAR is these following capabilities we shall have.
R= Recognition of the potential hazards. This is the function of the most primitive brain human still carrying. Ability to detect what is not safe. Most of the animal still having very sharp recognition and basic instinct to keep them safe. Unfortunately, we human have too many luxury that is called “Complacency” that makes us no longer listen to our basic instinct. That is why we drive and use mobile phone. We never hook up when working at height.
A- Alertness, as said earlier, to stay alive, animal need to be all the time alert. Otherwise, they will be eaten. Human, dose not have anyone to hunt us for food. That is why we are less and less alert.
D-Defensive human is a defenseless creature. Our skin is so soft. No sharp teeth, sharp nail to fight. Our kick is useless. Our body is full of fat and water. Being defensive is the best ability that human like us have. However, we always let our guard down due to complacency.
A-Active monitoring this is what we do best as well. We usually actively want to know what our neighbors have or do.
R-Reporting this is what we do best when social media is everywhere. It is fit with us.
