“Sync. Solve. Ship.”

Phase 1: The Logistics (The Setup)

Time: 7:00 AM (Sharp). The meeting starts at the whistle, even if the Lead is missing.
Location: In front of the Physical Production Board on the shop floor.
Duration: Max 15 Minutes. No chairs, no coffee refills.
The Goal: Identify Blockers and confirm Handoffs for the next 8 hours.

The Facilitator (Foreman/Lead) moves the group’s focus from Left to Right across the board columns:

Every operator has 60 seconds to hit these three pillars:

Pillar 1 (Completion): “Yesterday I finished [Order #]. It is now at the [Next Station].”
Pillar 2 (Focus): “Today I am focused on [Project]. I’ll have the first batch ready by [Time].”
Pillar 3 (Blocker): “I am BLOCKED by [Issue]. I need an After-Party with [Name].”

Use these “Pocket Scripts” to keep the meeting under 15 minutes:

To stop a Deep-Dive: “That’s a 10-minute technical fix. Let’s park it for the After-Party. Next update.”
To fix a Status Report: “Don’t tell me what you did; tell the [Next Person] when they’ll get the rails.”
To handle a ‘Hidden’ Blocker: “The board shows a Red Magnet on the Hilton project. Why hasn’t it moved in 24 hours?”

The 15-minute meeting ends at 7:15 AM.

The team disperses to their machines.
The Sub-Group (e.g., Welder, Maintenance, and Foreman) stays at the board for 5 minutes.
The Solution is found, the Red Magnet is updated, and work begins.
