Earthquake in some countries is quite normal. Meaning, people learn about it to live with it. To survive from earthquake, need education. Government need laws and regulations to ensure buildings codes are followed, emergency plans, rescue plans and so on to minimize the impacts. Earthquake is not a phenomenal that occur every days, weeks, months or years. However, no way to predict the earthquake. The best thing we can do is be prepared.
