Rotating part of any equipment for small kids is dangerous. In the video, a little boy was entangled by a running thread mill. Luckily he can get away from it.

Gym equipment have rotating parts that can pull in a little fingers of the kids. Some of them have nip-points that can simply cut those little fingers if insert it in.
