What is your expectation?
I always ask my class participants, who are the expats and taking management level jobs in Thailand. Always hearing them said, “I want to know about safety laws in Thailand”.
This program will surely exceed that expectation. I will share not only laws and regulations but how the law enforcers do. Just relax, bring a cup of coffee. This program gives you six hours to complete. You can put your comment or question in the comment box below. I will make sure you get the answer in no time.
What bring you here?
Not only the expectation in the mind of an expat who are managing director, operation manager, project manager, sale and marketing manager, logistic manager, finance manager and so on, they have to be trained, certified and appointed to be ” A Safety Officer Management Level”. The expats come to Safety Officer Management Level because someone told them to. Safety, Occupational Health and Workplace Environmental Laws and Regulations is one of the subjects that they will learn.
What is after that?
- They will become a competent employee.
- They will be certified by Thai law
- Then, they will be appointed by their employer to be “A Safety Officer Management Level”.
Why?
A very short and simple answer to that is because of the laws that set many requirements toward your employer. Then to comply with them, the employer has no choice but to make you a safety officer.
How will you learn about Thai Safety Laws?
The best way to understand the laws and regulations is to use them. There will be plenty of cases that you can find online. Many of which hit the headline news.
