SUPERVISOR LEVEL SAFETY OFFICER
Supervisors, foreman, leadhand, Shift Supervisors, all of these what ever it is called, they are the frontline leaders. Mandatory requirement set by the Ministerial Regulation B.E. 2565, they are to be trained. certified and appointed.
Supervisor Level Safety Officers are designated for important roles in Health and Safety Programs these includes, but are not limited to developing safe work practices, supervising the work crews to ensure all safety measures are followed, identifying potential hazards, reporting unsafe work practices and conditions, investigating incidents and promoting safe work practices.
