Health surviellance
The intent of this regulation is to prevent employee to be assigned to the work which can worsen his or her health condition. The new employee shall be medically assessed for the sign of illness that the individual might have from previous employment. For example, the worker worked with a company producing sanitary wares. Silicosis is one of the respiratory health hazards.

Implication
Employer must be able to identify health risk that his or her employees may expose to. The employer then arrange to employee for medical check up. The first check up shall be done within 30 days of employment and once a year. Changing task which result in changing exposure, medical check up require.
