In this course, you will learn and understand the laws and regulations regarding workplace safety, occupational health and working environment in Thailand.
An Expat who works as a senior management in a workplace usually also wearing a hat of being an “Employer” as well. Knowing how the laws work and stay comply is the big concern for him or her. In Thailand, the penalties of Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environmental Act B.E. 2554 can be 1 year in jail, four hundred thousand Thai Bath fine or both for any violation to a Ministerial Regulation. The lowest cost of penalty can be 50,000 THB for failure to report serious/ fetal injury of accident in a workplace within the given time frame.
