Park Connector Safety
During a cycling trip, I witnessed a near miss collision accident on a shared track in a park connector. A cyclist ringed his bell to warn a jogger running in front of him that he’s approaching and over-taking. However, the jogger was wearing a headset (either noise cancellation type or too loud to hear external environment) and therefore could not hear the bicycle bell rang. Suddenly the jogger just side-tracked a little bit and nearly collided with the cyclist.
Bang Bang Boom Boom A ling A ding
Music !! of course nobody not love music. Wearing headphones, jocking around the park, crossing the road, oohhh!!
